Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. So return any unused product within 30 days for a refund.

 

Unfortunately used products, partially used products, or custom orders cannot be returned for a refund. Use available Free Samples to evaluate product. A restocking fee of 28% (twenty-eight percent) applies to orders totaling $600 or more; therefore consider a smaller order for evaluation purposes.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not provide return shipping labels. Please include your name and order number with return. Your return must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Send returns to:
