We launched No-slip Strip by Answer View Technologies Inc. on the first of January 2011 to fill a gap in the flooring industry. The industry simply did not have a durable but minimally invasive solution for slippery stairs. We are talking about solutions that are easy to install and remove; solutions that do not draw too much attention away from your beautiful and high quality stairs.
So we created and patented safety solutions that balanced installation and removal; solutions that are durable, affordable, and beautiful. Today we are #1 in the industry and we plan to remain the best by offering the best products and the best customer service.

On average it takes 1 to 4 business days for an order to be processed and leave our facility. We reserve the right to ship sooner and faster, as is often the case. DELIVERY TIME: Customers love our fast shipping. Delivery time depends on your location and the type of shipping method you choose during checkout. For example the average delivery time for USPS Priority Mail is 2 to 3 business days within continental United States. International shipping is usually 5 to 10 business days. The shipping method you choose reflects average transit times (i.e. after the order leaves our facilities) and those times may not be guaranteed by a carrier unless explicitly stated as "guaranteed delivery time". Please give us a call for assistance with any expedited shipping needs. If a product is out-of-stock, or delayed for any reason, we will contact you quickly to set reasonable expectations regarding delivery. Please understand that we are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g. weather delays, international Customs processing, etc.).
Shipping Methods: Shipping options include USPS, UPS, etc.. Standard shipping is via United States Postal Service (USPS).
Free shipping: Free Shipping for orders $80.00 or more, Exclusions Apply, Limited time, anywhere within continental United States, Exclusions: No-slip Mats, Rolls of No-slip Tapes, and No-slip Strips. Free shipping is available via United States Postal Service (USPS). No coupon necessary. If you order qualifies, the Free Shipping option will automatically appear during Checkout.
International shipping: International Shipping options are available (Canada, UK, Australia, etc.). Buyer is responsible for any shipping and/or custom fees. Often we do not see custom fees levied for orders under $300; but international trade laws may change. We recommend the "USPS Priority Mail International" shipping method for International orders. It is our understanding that this method provides the best overall shipping experience.

If your order is returned to us because it is not deliverable, we reserved the right to deduct from your refund all shipping related costs and our refund policy will apply.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. So return any unused product within 30 days for a refund. For safety certification reasons we do not accept returns outside the 30 days return policy window. Exchanges are processed as returns.
Unfortunately used products, partially used products, or custom orders cannot be returned for a refund. Use available FREE SAMPLES to evaluate product.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not provide return shipping labels. Please include your name and order number with return. Your return must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Send returns to:

If your order is returned to us because it is not deliverable, we reserved the right to deduct from your refund all shipping costs as they relate to your order. If an order is reported as "missing" or "not received" but the carrier reports a "delivered" status, we may reship the order immediately or process a refund within 2-5 business days after the delivery carrier’s investigation of the missing package is completed.
