Shipping Policy

We want to "wow" you with our quick shipping. Please notify us immediately if any item listed on your email receipt is incorrect (e.g. Products, Quantity, Size, Shipping Address, etc.). On average it takes 1 to 4 business days for an order to be processed and leave our facility. We reserve the right to ship sooner and faster, as is often the case. Multiple orders may be combined for shipment. Please notify us immediately if your orders require separate shipping.

 

DELIVERY TIME: Customers love our fast shipping. Delivery time depends on your location and the type of shipping method you choose during checkout. For example the average delivery time for USPS Priority Mail is 2 to 3 business days within continental United States. International shipping is usually 5 to 10 business days. The shipping method you choose reflects average transit times (i.e. after the order leaves our facilities) and those times may not be guaranteed by a carrier unless explicitly stated as "guaranteed delivery time". Please give us a call for assistance with any expedited shipping needs. If a product is out-of-stock, or delayed for any reason, we will contact you quickly to set reasonable expectations regarding delivery. Please understand that we are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g. weather delays, international Customs processing, etc.).

 

Shipping Methods: Shipping options include USPS, UPS, etc.. Standard shipping is via United States Postal Service (USPS).

 

Free shipping: Free Shipping is no longer available however please see sitewide banners for automatic savings. Discount automatically applies during checkout for qualifying orders.

 

International shipping: International Shipping options are available (Canada, UK, Australia, etc.). Buyer is responsible for any shipping and/or custom fees. Often we do not see custom fees levied for orders under $300; but international trade laws may change. We recommend the "USPS Priority Mail International" shipping method for International orders. It is our understanding that this method provides the best overall shipping experience.

 

RE: Wrong Address, Unable to Foward, RTS, or Undeliverable as Addressed

If your order is returned to us because it is not deliverable, we reserved the right to deduct from your refund all shipping related costs and our refund policy will apply.
