Just moved and the new house had no slip strips on the stairs that were at least 10 years old and still working. However they were starting to show some signs of age and even worse someone had put grey strips on a tan carpet. I know, I know - not the end of the world but it was not the best look. I was able to order new strips to replace the grey and they were a perfect match for the carpet. They were easy to replace and it was just such an easy update to gave the stairs a facelift. Plus they really do make these slightly steep stairs feel much more safe. I'm so pleased.
